Black Bean Brownies

Here is an incredible recipe that I know your family will surely love and not even know that it is good for them at the same time.

Here is what you need to make these great Brownies:

1 15 ounce can of Black Beans (drained)

3 eggs

3 tablespoons of applesause

3/4 cup of organic cane sugar

1/2 cup unsweetened coca powder

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

pinch of salt

1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips

Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Use a non stick pan ( I use a bit of coconut oil in a glass baking dish).

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times for the consistency to be smooth.

Pour batter in the baking dish and then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes and then let cool ( If you can)

These are about 120 calories each, with 5g of fat, 95mg sodium, 18g carbohydrate, 2g fiber, 3g Protein.
