Is meat and other animal products related to Type 2 diabetes?

Harvard studies finds that replacing just 5% of animal protein calories with Plant based portions was associated with a 23% reduced risk of Type 2 diabetes.

Potential culprits include:

Trans fat

Saturated fat

Cholesterol

and AGE's and Glycotoxins

This information is relatively new but compelling to shift from such a heavy meat diet and get more plants on your plate.

This may also help with insulin resistance, which is something that we can control with diet and get our blood sugar under control. Possibly helping with Weight Loss.

Also they have found in new born babies over 182 toxic chemicals that have been given to them thru their mothers at birth. That information alone is very scary.
